also...seems like every war the loser always get shamed on atrocities big time but especially ww2, germany and japan were largely responsible for their atrocities in europe and in asia....

now, had germany and japan (axis power) won....would the war crime trial be totally reversed? as in say, US/britain/france/etc being found in crimes, etc? im not sure about that, but interesting thought.

thanks all for your answers.

I think the world would probably be quite similar to what it is today.

a) the Holocaust. There have been many large scale attacks on Jews over history ranging from the medieval period onwards. Although the Holocaust, its vast scale of destruction and astrocities were massive I doubt the Nazis could have ever completely eradicated them. Deep down you can never stop people believing.

b) the Aryan race. Hitler wasn't even blonde!!! Again, physically getting rid of all non Aryans would have been impossible - and if they had succeeded we'd probably be extinct any how. Blondes are more prone to skin cancer and we're not the brightest sparks. (I can say that being a natural blonde). Plus racialism was just an ideology not a dogmatic list to work to.

c) Is there any difference to Britain under labour as under the Conservatives? Equally Russia as communist or capitalist country? To what extent does high level politics ever affect the grass roots.

Had Germany won, the Nazis would have spread themselves to thinly. There would have been more political revolutions and things would have changed again anyhow.

no longer the whole international. I remember examining someplace that interior the previous Nazi records maps have been stumbled on. Germany, Italy, and Japan had sat down and chop up up the international. Germany might get incredibly much all of Europe from the united kingdom to the Baltic States and some of the U.S. different than Spain and Portugal. Franco, an best buddy of Hitler regardless of Spain's neutrality interior the war might save Spain. Portugal may well be a satellite tv for pc of the two Spain or Germany, i do no longer bear in mind. lots of the Balkans (Serbia, Hungary, Montenegro, Croatia, Kosovo) is going to Germany, the rest, like Greece, Slovenia, Albania, and Turkey, might bypass to Italy. South united statesa. might stay separate international locations. in spite of the indisputable fact that, like they have been for the duration of the war, they may well be allied with Germany. US and Canada may well be divided on the Rocky Mountains. West of the Rockies will bypass to Japan jointly as east of the Rockies will bypass to Germany. Italy gets Africa and that they and Germany chop up the middle East. Japan gets the Philippines, US/Canada west of Rockies, all those Pacific islands (Guam, Wake, Papua New Guinea), Australia, New Zealand, French Indochina(Vietnam), Korea, and the Asian portion of the U.S..

the Nazi government was not a stable one, there would most certainly have been a rebellion within the government and if such things happened, countries like Britain and France wouldn't have just sat around and do nothing about it. there would have been a breakout of war all over Europe and Nazi's would most certainly have lost because their tactics were not very good for guerrilla warfare. so Europe would have been once again put back in the dark age and lots of people would have died for no reason. a super power would probably have raised not in Europe but in the far eats of even middle east because they are the only nations that weren't involved in the war. good thing axis lost.

Do you think one part of the world could live by wiping out some other part? There is a limit for every evil. And if such a domination came upon human history ... none of us would be here now. Everything would have been wiped out long back. Nature never allows evil to persist. When the day it allows, nothing would remain.

The world would be a boring place, that's for sure. We'd all look alike and think alike (the Aryan race, don't you know). There would be no Jews left as the Holocaust would have been successful. There would be no Russians either, as the Nazis wanted to take over Russia as living space for The Master Race and would have liquidated the population to make way.

The Nazis would have been the first into space and to the Moon as they would have kept German NASA rocket scientist Werner Von Braun. (Can you imagine the Swastika flag being planted on the Moon by Nazi astronauts? It would have happened had they won.)

The Nazis would have nuclear weapons too and god knows what they'd do with them.

What kind of society burns books and maintains any intellectual credibility? What kind of society uses genocide as a tool of policy? War crimes...Theres no way a single country will be let get away with these kinds of crimes. It doesn't happen that way in this era....No one would stand for it...And who could imagine living in a society that values humanity so little. The united nations would emerge or something similar. I just don't know if war is the only solution to curbing such ambition...

On the day they invaded Russia they said goodbye to any chance of winning the war.
And the Japanese did the same when they bombed Pearl Harbor.
In the unlikely event that they had won the war the world would have been plunged into a period of unthinkable misery and suffering.

Hitler would eventually die (assasinated by someone), mass rebellion would break out, The Reich is destroyed, and the world would be the same as it is now
