I agree with joanmaz...---We always dream when we are sleeping and do not always remember right away. There are many different forms of practiced meditation that will assist you on your quest. I recommend a book titled PRIMER by Edgar Cayce. Everything that we were ever exposed to is stored in the subliminal and you have to learn how to tap into it. Unfortunately, the average person only utilizes 10% of their brain capacity. Haven't you ever recalled a dream several days, weeks, months, or even years later? I'm sure you have also been able to control what is happening in your dream once you realized that you were dreaming and may have temporarily woke up and had the desire to go right back and it has happened. I love to dream---it's the only comfort that I know and even look forword to "nightmares" because it's a free horror flick and you are starring in it.

If you're talking about remembering your dreams, you can simply expect to remember, invite dreams before you go to sleep, and have a way to record them in the morning before you forget. We dream every night, several times a night, but few people remember many -- mostly because we're too busy to pay attention.

we dream about what is in our subconscious mind or what we are thinking most about when we are awake.

if u think about that dream a lot of times when ur awake..u may get that dream again..maybe not exactly similar..but the central theme of the dream would be the same.
