Roast dinner!

Sundays are made for roast dinners.

But then come to think of it, I would never have a MacDonalds anyway! Did you know their so called healthy salads contain more salt than a burger and two portions of fries! Gross!*

We always have a family roast dinner, even in the hot summer.
It is a time that we can all sit down together for our meal.
During the week, not everyone is in at the same time, so the mealtimes are staggered.
I think that it is important as a family to have at least one day when we all eat together.

We are italian so usually Sunday is our big dinner day where we all get together for pasta and gravy (ziti and sauce to non-italians, :-)) There can be a variety of meats too: meatball, sausage, beef. Its really good! And we eat like at 2!
