My wife is going through the very same thing right now. She just does some very light housework (read nesting) and then is ready for bed about 20 minutes after that. Hormones are really going crazy for her too so, I have to wrap up real cozy whilst she has the ceiling fan on and the window open with overnight temps in the low 20's!!! Try reading a book if you don't feel like doing anything else. TV can overstimulate the brain during the wee small hours so, that could be counter-productive, no matter what you watch. Also, your local pharmacy may have those cooling neck wraps to help combat the sweating issue.
Good luck :o)

Try taking a warm bath. No soap, just the water. It is what I did in my last month. It is very relaxing and might help. Unfortunately, when the baby comes you won't get any sleep either for awhile.
Congratulations!
