Nothing is immune to radiation, and nothing can survive at ground zero a nuclear blast. Heat (which is generated from the radiation of the blast, the bright flash) will finish off anything there. Yes there are organisms that survive nuclear blasts, including humans. They are however far enough away or protected from the blast wave and heat such that this will not kill them immediately. The radiation might do so over time or not, depending on the dose and to a much lesser extent the genetic background of the individual.

According to what i know ... the ones that can survive a nuclear attack are the followings:
1. Cockroach.
2. A Scorpion Liar is immune to nuclear attacks.
3. Pigs are immune to radiation.

really depends on how close you are to it.
It sounds like you mean right next to the explosion and in that case, nope. WAY too much energy for organic matter to absorb; not even a prion.
