Like others, the lack of a girlfriend does not mean your brother is gay. He might have commitment phobia or likes to be in control (paying prostitutes for sex). That being said, yes, he might be gay and not able to tell members of the family.
I would bring up the topic of homosexuality and start bringing up facts that show you support it and would still love him if he was; however, do not do this if you have any qualms about supporting him. If you can't support him stay in the closet.

Doesn't mean he's gay. Maybe he is just private about who he sees and hasn't found the one he wants to bring home to meet the folks. He also may not be that great at meeting women. If he talks about hookers, I'd say definetly not gay.

There might be something there. I dont think its being gay, it might be he was molested and the only thing he can do is have sex with hookers because his selfworth is in the gutter. Hes afraid of meaningfull relationships. Or maybe he is just gay.

It just sounds like he's having so much fun with hookers that he doesn't want to commit to any one girl.

because your brother doesn't have a girlfriend, it does not conclude to him being gay. Maybe he has his reasons for him not having a girlfriend. If you are that concerned, then set him up with a lady for a blind date.

maybe he they don't find him attractive unless he has to pay them for their company but that doesn't make him gay, that just makes him lonely.
