When is the normal time to start showing? I'm 23 years old, 5'10", and 130 lbs. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and the only difference is where my belly used to be toned has softened a little.

What I meant was my stomach was flat and toned pre-pregnancy, so where the toning was it filled out slightly. My stomach is starting to get harder too.

I was around the same weight and I am the same height with my first pregnancy. I didn't show until I was well into my fifth month, and only a little. It wasn't until I was in my 7th month that I was unmistakably pregnant. Usually with the first it takes a little longer to show. I am now in my 19th week with my second and am showing like I would be in my 7th month. Good luck and Congrats!

You are tall and sound like you were in very good shape pre-pregnancy. You may not show till into your 5th or 6th month. Some women hardly show at all...just a little basketball bump at 9 months and others start showing within weeks. We are all different. You should notice a change in the next 6 weeks.

I am assuming this is your first. Your belly will be popping out here soon. I would say probably right around 20 weeks, maybe 24 weeks for it to be noticeable to others. I was about your weight but shorter when i got pregnant with my first and it was around then that I started showing. My second though, you could tell right around 16 wks. I am now 36 wks preg with my third, and it was about 16 weeks for this one to make my belly pop also.. Good luck to you and baby, and congrats on your pregnancy.

I was showing around 14 weeks. Every pregnancy is different. Some women carry their baby in front and others carry more to the back.

I started showing right around 18-20 weeks, but unlike you, my belly started to get harder around 10 weeks, not softer.
