It sounds like you are deeply depressed or that you've had a loss of some sort. I am not a medical professional, but this sounds like some sort of internal pain. I have felt that way too, and it turns out that it is a combination of things - one of which is depression.
OBSCURE might just have hit on something........you might believe that death is not inevitable............. Could that be it? Then you need to open you mind, stop the prejudices and seek truth.

I'd disagree with the cliche' Buddhist philosophy we are dying more by the minute. Life is defined by a struggle to survive death is not. If you're an immortalist you might believe that death is not inevitable and preventable through scientific methods.
You probably have an anxiety condition that's ruling your future perspective. Try to live in the now in moderate conditions.

Mental Health is about like being a dee dee dee. Ask in psych. And just don't dwell on things. I used to dwell on the fact that I was alone and noone would care if I died, but I learned not to think about it, and I've been 10 times happier during the past 3 months than I was the entire fall semester.

If you are having negative thoughts or just can't control your thoughts, you probably need to see a Doctor. Chemical imbalance is nothing to be embarrassed about just like sugar imbalance (diabetes) is nothing to be ashamed about. Get some help. You are probably clinically depressed...meaning it is a chemical imbalance that can be helped with medication and counseling. I was told once the only way to be through with a problem was to work through the problem. It is a strength to ask someone to help you work through it.

Because you are in the process of dying. Name somebody alive who isn't. Not being a smart *** here. Chemical imbalance that's undiagnosed maybe? Who knows, go to a family doctor and they can direct you from there if this is an ongoing persistant problem.

I often feel much worry or anxiety over the simplest of things. I made my husband write our wills, (I'm only in my thirties.) I often feel like I'm going to get groceries or pick the kids up from school that I'm going to die from an accident.
I have sensed much ease in this from my husband. His faith in God has placed much faith from me that God is looking out for me, too.

You are in the process of dying...
Every single day is a day closer to the day you die.
We all die and no one escapes it.
So don't worry about dying and just live...

You had better have medical help - I don't think anything on this site will help you.
Try to keep busy - get an outdoor hobby that expends a lot of energy - read books and watch TV - try and get out of yourself and into other people.

Because you're focusing on the negative too much. Yes, we all die, that doesn't mean we can't have a bloody good time before our numbers are up, does it?
