No but I would like to make all fines and punishments so stiff no one would dare do anything wrong, for instance, spitting on the path instead of in the gutter or at least not where people walk, and that includes chewing gum, for that filthy habit that makes the rest of us have to look down where we put our feet, instead of enjoying the view as we walk, a fifty thousand pound fine, so they lose their house and car if they have one or it will stop them from ever getting one as they will spend the rest of their lives handing over most of any wages they earn, and if they don't work they would not get any social so that would not be an option.
Ridicules fines for ridicules for ridicules crimes, IE for anything that is completely unnecessary.
would hopefully concentrate the minds of all these yobbos and hooligans.
