Once you delete a file and it goes to the recycle bin and you proceed to empty that, is the file gone forever? Is there a way to recover these files or view what has been deleted previously?

All deleting it does is free up the space for use by another file request. All or part of it can be read and recovered by various programs and even read manually with things called sector editors. This is often considered a huge security issue and has been used to extract evidence from computers as well as use by hackers and such.

You can get programs that will do an erase command or a shred command that will overwrite the file when it is deleted.

You can go to a site such as download.com and type in recover deleted files and find various utilities to get back all or part of a file you deleted and want back.

Hope that helps you out. Feel free to email me if you have more of a question. I used to do hard drive recovery as part of my job.

No, files still on the HD even after you clean the recycle bin, but if you installed new programs or downloaded new files there is a chance that those files got overwritten, anyway try using any recovery software like Easy Recovery and seach for deleted files.

No, no longer inevitably, till your son knows the thank you to scrub out your equipment's caches too. each and every thing you do is stored on a cache. An occasion may be watching a video on the cyber web some days when you initially watched it. Does it right away load thoroughly once you return to the cyber web internet site? If it does, that is because of the cyber web browser's cache. Emptying your equipment's cache completely deletes your archives and folders you initially deleted from the Recycle Bin. A record fix software could help with that if the cache isn't cleared out. i wish that enables. sturdy success!

No! The area of hard drive it was stored on is "marked for writing" but the file can be recovered with a simple program. e-mail me if you would like a copy, meanwhile if you want that file back don't use the computer so much until you get the program!

It's still there in the hard drive. To delete data from the hard drive, you have to have it wiped professionally. That's why law enforcement computer experts can always find "deleted" files when searching for evidence, even when the person thinks they have gotten rid of them.

Yes. Restart your computer and figure out how to do system restore. (Check the Help and Support first.) Go through and it will probably restore the file.

yes and no

if you want to get rid of junk. you computer does not need any junk anymore because you trash them.

no, if you want computer completely empty, it means you have to get rid of libraries. it may cause damage.

remember house must have electronic wiring and plumbing.

if you remove the electronic wiring. then no power for lighting, fridge, tv, computer and heater.

if you did, then your computer will not run well as I said if you remove the wiring

it makes different story
