it s look cute,with the bow. and the other look like a witch dress ( sorry to say that ). and will be look very mature on u . i dont; think u want that .
the first will look more elegant and cute , seem like a polite girl and more educated girl to wear that .
if u can wear 3 inches heels . avoid kitten heels in both dress. hope u look good in ur event

i like the second one better for a young teenager. the first one might be good for someone a bit older in their early 20s. if you are young, have fun with the second one.
