I use the temp thermomater to know when I'm ovulating and my LMP was on the 8th of Feb for the past week now the readings have been in high the instructions on the box said when it say's 37.00 that is whem I'm ovulating and if it stay's high after ovulation is done this should mean pregnancy, for the last week now it has been between 37.02 to today's 37.18 I was just wondering if this could mean I am pregnant? I still haven't seen my period and well I have made an appoitment to see the doctor on the 26th of March to be sure if i don't see my period i do want to be pregnant a baby is all i really want I am married and we are ready. Please any answers would be great. thanx!

It will stay at 37C until a few days before your period is due, but it seems like your period due date has already been and gone at this stage.

Mind you, I hope you had intercourse BEFORE the rise in temp, as the experts tend to suggest that afterwards is too late - refer attached link.

Congratulations, I hope you have been successful. Buy a home pregnancy test and see what it says!

Another poster is correct in saying that the temp rises after ovulation for everyone. In a normal *non pregnant* cycle it rises after ovulation, then drops as the period comes.

If it has stayed high for 16 days the indication is VERY good that you are pregnant, especially if your temperature is rising. 16 days of high temperatures is considered the indicator that you are pregnant (that and a positive pg test!)

You could test now, but it may be too early to get an accurate result. I suggest waiting another week (difficult I know) before testing.
GOOD LUCK
