Your question seems to be is pointless - foreigner to which country? Yours? Or the country in the section you are asking in? IF yours, then which country are you in?

Did you mean recently moved to this country, is on yahoo answers from another country, or was my ancestor a foreigner.
Well, if my ancestors makes me a foreigner, then everybody in America except the Indians are all foreigners.
