if they itch, i do, or if it's especially ugly or big i do- i'd rather look at a smooth pink scar than the red raised ugly scab... but i usually leave it alone long enough that it doesn't bleed if i do scratch it... â¥

My brother does and it drives me crazy!
All u get from that is scars and possible infection.
