to me that is a theory its not factual, do your teachers leave that part out ,this theory only allows one fact there is a missing link. a link i believe never existed

It's more complicated than "evolving from apes." Humans and other primates have not stopped evolving.

They have not stopped evolving, anyways the first hominid was Australopithecus Africanus not Mojo Jojo.
