Yeah you have 7 days after the expired date.
I always wondered what takes them so long to put yogurt on the shelf.
What I mean is, if you ever look at the yogurts date it will always Expire with in a 2 week period.
The thing is when you make yogurt it can last for 2 months...so what the hell takes them so long to put it on the shelf at the store!!!!

The sell by date, is just a date the the suppliyer reads, so, if the sell by date is, like, persay, 2 days away, they can trash the old ones, then put in new one, and the consume by 7 days of sell by date is the expiration date, but, it is still good for 2 more weeks.

It means that as long as you have had it in your fridge, it should be good until March 16th.
A sell-by date is not the same as an expiration date. Generally, you get at least a few days (in your case, a week) after the sell-by date to eat the product before it will officially expire.

March 9th is the day that the grocery stores have to take it off of their shelves. 7 days after March 9th, it's not good for YOU to eat. If it's March 13, it should still be safe to eat until March 16.

no you will have about 3-4 days of eating on it until it goes bad. the sell by date only refers to the date that the store must have that product off the self, or they have to discard it, that's all. although i usually will try to buy a product way away from that date. happy eating!!

stores must sell before march 9 or they have to throw it away. you can still eat it within 3 days to be safe, but keep it refrigerated.

It is obvious that you have to eat it within seven days of March 9th - they couldn't put it plainer. By the way does yoghurt go off - I thought it was already off - made from sour milk.

if it becomes invaded by green furry animals masquerading as clan of the mould, the manufacturer and retailer are free from any blame that you may or may not decide to inflict upon them.
