I think lip rings are hot, silver nipple rings on tan hard-bodies, but I could take or leave the rest. I have 6, counting my ears, nothing below the belt :0

Yes; tasteful ones. I don't find a huge array of "hardware" particularly arousing.
Classy earrings.
A simple hood piercing or labial ring.
Nose, lip or brow piercings don't work for me at all.

I have a navel pierce, turned on previous b/f but didn't do anything for me. I like tattoos which I also have one.

I like ears, small one in the nose, sometimes bellybutton
I don't like eye brows, nose to ear chains, clitoris, or forearm or nipples
