It is a sharp pain that is in my kidney area. It is a constant pain, but when I breath in the pain gets worse and sharp. I have been pregnate before and this will be my second child, and I don't remember this pain from before when I was pregnate.

You don't get back pains till later on in pregnancy, you probably have an infection. Possibly a UTI, I know when you have a UTI sometimes it can give you bad back pain, so does kidney stones.

It could be kidney stones. I was having lower back pains and
lower abdominal pain when I was walking and went to the hospital to check it out and it turned out I had stones. You should definetly get it checked out.

It could be a sign you are going miscarry
I went thru 2 some 30 years ago same symptoms, if you can go to an emergency room they may be able to do something to prevent

You should get into a doctor asap. Maybe an infection or just normal pregnancy back pain.
