There are several ways here is one.
Right click on your desktop -> Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> Adapter.

And then there is also Right click on -> My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manger -> expand Display Adapters for more information right click on the adapter and select Properties.

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information, expand Components, and then click on Display

I recommend you download something called Belarc Advisor. It is a program that will tell you everything you want to know about your computer hardware & software.

It's a free download.
