For some reason my keyboard doesn't respond when I turn on my computer. None of the keys work and the numlock sign doesn't even come on and off. I was wondering if the keylogger was the problem and if so how do I turn it off to fix it? I've tried switching it to different USB ports but it doesn't work. Maybe the driver is missing. Help?

Your keyboard is a physical, peripheral, device. If it isn't working that means that windows can't interface with it. Yes, check your drivers.

A "keylogger" is a program that tracks every keystroke. These are often spyware. If you have a keylogger, get rid of it!
