it is not immoral. If premarital sex is not immoral, nor should this be.

it's not bad before the 3rd trimester. If a baby was taken from the womb during the 1st and 2nd trimester it would die, WHY? because it is biologically incomplete..that's nature. If a biologically incomplete baby is considered life, then every women around the world is a serial killer every 30 days.

It depends on what your morals are. I would never have an abortion because I believe that life begins at conception and therefore aborting a fetus is taking a life - others believe differently. However, as a seeming contradiction, I vote pro-choice as I also believe I have no right to tell you what to do with your body and that you cannot legislate morality.
My faith tells me that everything happens for a reason and I believe that I am not qualified to take things into my own hands, after all, who am I? I also believe that there are consequences for any action, whether they be good or bad. An abortion certainly is not the end of the situation or a final answer - it is just the beginning. The issue of abortion is a deeply personal decision and few issues are as hotly debated. In the end, you only answer to yourself and your belief system.

I wish I had Cherry_Blossom's crystal ball, as she seems to know which fetus's deserve to be aborted.

Uhhh Jenn, the Bible that you are referring to does say in the Ten Commandments, right up at the top, "Thou shall not kill". Also, God does have a plan, He knows what will happen, and gives us little ol' humans free will which we in turn use to muck up His plans. Without free will we would just be a bunch of robots. I know not everyone believes these things, but I am responding specificly to comments made by Jenn.

Many people believe different things. If you are debating on being pro-life and being pro-choice make sure the website you get your info off of is a non-biased site and is medical or credited by a medical site. There are many pro-life sites out there with pictures of aborted babies but a lot of them are fabricated or photoshopped and many other things.

Its no ones business if i get an abortion. I hate it when people say " that child could have been the one to find a cure for AIDS,cancer, ect" but HELLO that argument goes both ways, they could be the next ice man, sadam, hitler, jeff dahmer ect.

It also bugs me when people bring religion into it because not everyone believes in the same god. When ive talked to people about abortion on a debate board many of them are very judgemental about it and one actually said that another girl on there was a horrible pathetic person because she had an abortion because she had a tubal pregnancy (if you have a tubal pregnancy you and the fetus WILL die.) that same girl said that abortion was wrong because god says so. No where in the bible have i ever read "one shalt not abort a fetus" she was so into god about abortion but she was the most judgemental person i ever talked to and doesnt the bible tell you not to judge.

another thing that bothers me is when people say that god has a plan for everyone and everything and if you abort you take away gods plan for that person. BUT if god planned everything then he planned those abortions, you cant say god plans all and then exclude the things you dont like or agree with.

Im pro-choice i stick by any womans choice on what she decides to do. I just dont agree with abortion when people are careless. If you go around and have UNprotected sex then find yourself pregnant its very irresponsible to say "oh well i can just have an abortion!" but no birth control is 100% effective. i highly doubt someone who wanted to get pregnant would have an abortion unless medically nessacary.
I myself wouldnt have an abortion but i am still pro-choice because it is up to that woman with what she wants to do and for her reasons why.

Everyone who is so against abortion and wants to make it illegal should adopt all of those babies that would have been aborted. They should find a non-biased site to get their info off of. i dont understand why people care so much about an embryo/fetus that isnt born yet insted of the woman or THOUSANDS of children who need a family, food and clothes.

Abortion is neither bad nor immoral, because it is a woman invoking her bodily domain rights (like opening your mouth to speak, or going to Church on Sunday).

When you read a question on here about someone trying so hard to concieve when they do they miscarry or you hear an excited parent about to give birth to a beautiful baby and its still born Then you have people on here using abortion as birth control they have no morals or love in there heart I'm sorry I have no use to anyone that can take a life and that is what they are doing.

There are as many reasons supporting abortion as there are against it. It is an unresolvable question. Everyone believes differently.

A child is killed. Non born and non formed. But its anways a child in the making. If you have too, then do so, if you want to have it once you are married then its your wish. There are no forms of rules. Decide for yourself.

It is a legal medical procedure. No need to ask such a question, as no one owes an explanation for receiving a legal medical procedure.

I like Angent's theory...you could kill a prodigy. I am sure thats what Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahlmers and Hitlers mothers thought too.

Because you are killing a life and a future. Two adults chose to have sexual intercourse, knowing the possible outcomes. They chose not to use protection, now when it's time to face their actions, they chose to take the life of an innoccent child. (I am not talking about rape only consential sex).

I am not judging those who do it, although I don't agree with it, but just answering your question.

You're killing a child.
Some women incessantly use abortion as birth control.
It ruins your chances of having another child because abortions wreak havoc to your insides.
You will miss the chances of your child ever growing up.
You could kill a prodigy.
