Get some old clothes (boys' trousers & shirt + a girlie blouseb& skirt) from a charity shop or mum/dad. Cut each item in half then sew half the blouse to half a shirt & a trouser leg to half a skirt. Each of you can then each wear a top & a bottom which will be half boy & half girl. You can both draw the opposite half a moustache/beard on your face (obviously on the side you're wearing the boy part of the clothes) - you and your friend are now a split personality!

Me and my hubby went to a new years eve party with him dressed as vikki pollard and me as a policewoman, was such a laugh watching him walk down the road with our friend who was dressed as elvis LoL
