Well, RsaI is a restriction enzyme, so the RsaI site would be a nucleotide sequence that the enzyme recognizes and cuts the DNA at. Sometimes these sites are interesting because of nucleotide mutations that either create or eliminate them in some people. Beyond that, I'm not sure what you're looking for.
