If you've tried all of those solutions, the stains are probably set. Have you tried a professional stain remover like "Zout!"? Also.. shaving cream? For blood stains, try hydrogen peroxide before using ordinary bar soap.

For general household hints, go to the website, listed below.

It depends what kinds of stains they are, which you didn't specify. I read that someone here mentioned hydrogen peroxide for blood, which is right. Fresh blood will come right out from hydrogen peroxide. DON'T LET THE STAIN SET! The sooner you treat it, the better. Urine, vaginal discharge, and fecal stains (if fresh) should come out from regular laundering. Zout never removed any stains from my clothing, but Oxy Magic has. I've also had amazing results from those bleach gel pens you can find at Wal-Mart. How you treat the underwear also depends on the material they're made of, which I'm assuming is cotton. It sounds like you've tried just about everything to remove the stains, so unfortunately, it sounds like your underwear are ruined. You might also try drying your underwear inside out in the sun, not the dryer. The sun's UV rays will naturally bleach fabrics. If all else fails, say goodbye to your Underoos, get a new pair, and start over. Try to maintain good personal hygiene by wiping thoroughly after using the bathroom (maybe using wet wipes as well as toilet paper), or use pantiliners to protect them. If you don't have any pantiliners handy, you can lay some toilet paper flat into the crotch of the underwear, but it will shift and bunch as you move, so that's not a long-term solution. Just remember that whenever a stain happens, treat it as soon as possible. Good luck!

Im not sure if youre talking about blood stains, if you are the best thing for them is as soon as u notice one put ur underwear into cold water straight away, takes the blood right off. However now theyve been there for a while i can only suggest brands like vanish washing powder, that tends to work.

Another one for period stains is to have the panties sit in cold water to help loosen up the stain. I often do this when I have had the blood from the period stain my painties. And also hydrogen peroxide is good as one of the other posters suggested. I've used that myself a few times.
