If you ruled the world, what would you do?

get rid of about 3 billion people and take some pressure off our planet-dont know how id choose though,maybe a huge lottery that seems fair :)

I would start by making all the Libs and the Cons stand in a corner with their noses in a circle until they could play nice(like you did little kids in kindergarten). I would work to make peace with all nations. I would increase wages and encourage education. I would have a crime policy that was fair but tough. Murderers, rapist, child molesters and others who commit heinous acts against people would go to trial swiftly and once sentenced they would not have the luxury of living on death row for twenty to thirty years exhausting the tax payers resources while they introduce appeal after appeal to the courts. But, I don't run the world so none of my ideas will ever become reality.

Teach people to have a philosophy of leaving the planet in better shape for the next generation than we found it.
Plant more trees...revitalize Arbor day.
Dialog rather than war. Civilized people should be able to discuss their disagreements with each other and compromise.
Advocate birth control and vasectomies.
Most of the worlds problems stem from too many people.
Make religion a private ceremony. People are all too willing to kill for their God.
No discussion of religion in a public place.
More freedoms and harsher penalties for law breakers. ie hackers.
Mandate an intelligent person for president.

It is impossible dream. No one could rule the whole world, except spiritual being, God. You could rule on one country but not the whole world, so stop that dream and imagination.
