Okay, this is super embarrassing.... I was in eigth grade and my school was taking a trip to Busch Stadium in St. Louis. It was a long drive from where we were and I was in the back of the bus, so I wasn't feeling so great.
We were in the stadium and I told my teacher I really needed a bathroom. She told me there wasn't one open (there was no game going on, we were taking a tour.) I kept asking her and I don't think she believed me.
All of a sudden, I couldn't hold it anymore and I vomited all over the astroturf. It was awful and right in front of the whole class. The worst part about it was riding back on that stinky bus and then having the whole school know about it the next day.

OK, I was on a plane once that was going through a storm, and it was very frightening. I'm afraid of falling, and usually on a plane, I'm OK. But, being tossed around in that storm, I realized that I'm actually in a little piece of metal that is Heavier Than Air. I was afraid I was going to die, and my kids were going to go with me. I was afraid of the pain my husband and family would suffer if we crashed.
And I was so thankful when we landed -- even though it was hours later than we should have arrived. The funny thing is that a lot of people just complained about being late and all the inconvenience. And it wasn't pleasant, but just how unpleasant is dying? Thank goodness, I didn't have to find out that day!

it's hard for me to tell you a situation for I don't know you that too well, why don't you think of your own then elaborate it. I don't think you need any of our help right now because as what you just said all I or maybe we need to is pick out a situation then you need to elaborate it when the hardest part of doing an essay is elaborating it.
