What can we all do to make the world a better place?

I think it is best to start out small. Be a good parent, sibling, neighbor, etc. Be kind to everyone you work with. It will certainly make the world a better place for those you are around, as well as for those who they contact in return. It's one of those things that if everyone did, we wouldn't have nearly as many social problems as we have today. But also get involved in the community and do what you can to help on a larger scale (within reason), too.
