This person pretends to be me, send nasty emails to my friends with my name and started to difame me. We have reported abuse several times, they delete his profile, but pops back up with a different screen name.
A lawyer is seeing my case, is there any way that I can find out who this person is tru his IP address? or what can I do? I just wanna catch him so he can leave me alone...

It is possible if her/she/it is breaking the law. You will need the IP address and the actual time in GMT when the person was online. With this, you can get the person's ISP and they can then use that with the time they were on to determine who it was. The ISP will usually cancel their account and report them to the police.

Keep reporting it and take as many screenshots as you can. This could be evidence.

that,s called a denity feft.tell you friends it good you got a lawyer, that,s all you can do.or change your e-mail and don,t tell every one.
