What is the best way to safely flee a traffic stop. No, I didn't commit a crime, but if I did choose to live a life of crime and I have a warrent for my arrest, I want to know how to flee if I get pulled over without anyone getting hurt.

As soon as you choose to think only of yourself and flee arrest (for a crime in which someone innocent was violated somehow), then you've started the ball rolling towards hurting innocent people. If you are concerned about not hurting innocent people, then the safest thing to do would be to turn yourself in and end the crime spree there...
To illustrate what I mean, think of the escaped convicts who came to be known as The Connaly 7, here in Texas. Seven guys in prison doing their time... they overtake the guards, steal some guns and escape. So far, no one hurt. They go to steal more guns in a small town but are surprised by a security guard on duty... caught off gaurd, several men fire, hitting the guard several times and killing him. They were surprised... later they would lament that they never meant to kill anyone or hurt anyone.... whatever they had done to land them in prison before was forgotten; when they were finally caught, they were found guilty of captial murder and sentenced to death... for the killing of a nice young man, doing his job... leaving behind a young widow and young children.
If you choose to live a life of crime, and there's a warrant out for your arrest... and you don't want to hurt people... then turn yourself in, take your lumps, do your time, and become a better person.
As soon as you make yourself a rabbit on the run, survival instinct will kick in... people WILL get hurt... and you will compound the consequences when the law does catch up to you.

there is no safe way to run from the cops...plus if you do flee there are penalty enhancements and you would definately get some time in the pokie

Take a buddy with you who has a videocamera to film you when they shoot you or kick your axx. When they see him they will all hesitate and that's when you make a break for it.
