I dont know how old he is but hes pretty tiny. But if i touch his leg and he squeks. he seems to drag his left leg along, but if i pull it in for him he walks fine. please help me im really worried.

When guinea pigs run around they are pretty oblivious to anything around them. He could have sprained his leg, or it might be broken. Take him to a vet to get checked out. Maybe he's just tired or his leg hurts from running around. It really could be anything. I'd go check him out at the vets. They'll know for sure. I hope I helped.

It sounds like the leg might be broken You might check with the vet.
