Yes call the Police and report it. You may save someone from injury or something worse. There may be children involved.

I have called several times in my life in such circumstances. I have even driven down the road in my Semi and called the State Police on my C.B. when I have seen a man beating and smacking his wife driving down the road. This I have done at least 3 times.

One time I spotted a missing girl in Texas that was on the bulletin boards in Truck Stops. I called it in, and she was recovered.

It is good for us to take action and be responsible as citizens. You would want someone to call 9-1-1 if you were being beaten, robbed, etc.

Don't be afraid of retaliation. Just tell the Police you want to reamin anonymous and that if they ask for your account that you will only do so under your tems at a neutral location.

Yes. It isn't always easy to do the right thing, but in your heart/gut you know what the right thing is. You can ask to remain anonymous when you call. You may save someone from harm or if nothing else, you will get some peace. Good luck.

If they are disturbing the peace (making enough noise that you cant hold a normal conversation or watch tv at a normal volume) or if it sounds physically violent... YES! Especially if they have kids. Ive had to do it alot, since my neighbors are noisy, have babies, are violent, druggies, and neglet their kids. Its sad.

I did once, she was beaten up pretty bad. After that, he came after me but, I was just going to work and had my uniform and badge on, he didn't know I was a cop. He didn't have much to say, especially since I re arrested him for beating on her again. They divorced after that.

One thing I have learned is to stay out of domestic disputes. That is one dispute that has bad outcomes. Because when he finds out and he will that you told, there are going to major problems. Be smart and just stay out it.

If you see it getting violent, and if you feel something wrong in your gut then call the cops.
