The first thing you need to do is continue living. What i mean is that you have to have a living. Living in the city (i suppose), you have to have money to eat, and if you have a family, you have to have money to feed them. We don't want to depend on other people do we?

Between the times you are working, you have time to think about it. Do not be rash. Do not dive into any business yet if you think you still cannot manage the negativity in your head. Don't worry about timing. Timing is when you are ready and you decide to do something even if it's against a dominating irrational fear.

To tell you the truth. I am full of fears too. But i am slowly eradicating them all. If it takes one year for you to realize that you control your thoughts, then you have to take one year. If it takes a second, well, that's amazing.

Do you ever wonder why the adults in the past were not like us? Why they were all sober and they could easily dismiss a stupid idea? It's all because of influence. Since you were born you were influence; growing up, you were influenced; now you are still being influenced. You have to get out of that influence, because now you are grown up (although still a child at heart, everyone is actually.), and you have seen enough of the world to differentiate truth from fiction. Believe in yourself now. Don't fear the unknown. Your emotions are like that because some past incident gave you the idea that when you do something in a certain manner, you will get a bad result. Yet your adult mind now knows better, even if your heart is still insistent. That's what's causing the irrational fear.

If you think with your head, that emotion will slowly change to what is true. You have a higher intelligence inside of you, and you know it, although it is quite vague to you now. Trust it. That higher intelligence is what you know to be true and it is incomparable to emotion.

In my personal experience, if i had acted according to my emotions, i could've turned out something worse. But i didn't. Slowly i understood. And when the time comes that you realize that you are YOU, that you have that free will even in your thinking, you will get better. The way your thinking works had also been influenced. Break out of it.

May good will be with you.

I have the same problem. Recently I signed up for a course on Public Speaking. I haven't started yet, but I hope it works.

I regret that I didn't speak at my best friends wedding and my own mothers funeral.
