you can always format your computer and reinstall your operating system there is usually a system disk that comes with your computer this will delete EVERYTHING on your computer and make it like brand new and even speed it up a little with out all the programs and such on it. however if you generally dont know what you are doing when it comes to computers this is not for you if an antivirus software can get rid of them good luck if not bring in a professional.

either use Grisoft AVG antivirus, or u can use Lavasoft Ad-Aware Personal version. This works very well and it saved my computer a couple of times
