I think hammering on her door every evening to get her out of bed should be a damn good deterent for her.
I'd do it at the same time every time, whether I was going to work or not. Let her learn that every damned night you'll be doing it.
If she ever failled to move the damned thing I'd ring the police and ask for their help (I've had to do it before and they were great.)
Alternatively, just park across the driveway yourself!

Its not illegal to block a driveway.you have access to cross the foot path only.you only own your land not the road or foot path. You are with in your rights to move the car as long as you do not damage it.Do what i done and park a HGV accross hers and when the cops turn up and the driver not about and the cops go as no law been broken they will soon come knocking to sort it out.

We used to have a neighbour who blocked drives. Every time someone complained to them, they selected a different target rather then park their car in their own muddy drive.
It was all fine and dandy for them them untill a tractor came round a blind corner and hit it. They don't have that car to worry about anymore.
You could, perhaps, arrange a similar happenstance.

Have you explained your predicament to your neighbour. If you take a pleasant and neighbourly attitude and talk to your neighbour I would expect a reasonable response If all else fails play her at her own game.

You have tried the polite way - so the only thing I could suggest is cause her some sort of inconvenience every time she does it, because she is obviously doing it because she can not be bothered to move it a few yards either way.

Use a screwdriver to puncture her tyres and deny all knowledge. Tell her that you've heard of things like that happening more and more round the area and that she should park her car in her drive to keep it safer :)

Youve been polite for long enough. Contact your local council and the police to find out what steps can be taken for anti social behaviour (because thats what this is).

I would call a tow truck and have her towed at her expense or call the cops and have them cite her for blocking a driveway.

She will get tired of it sooner or later. If it continues, start calling the police and see what they can do. If you're really nasty, slice her tires or pour acid on the paint.
