I had sex with this certain girl on a fri. night. On the next Tuesday she went and had a blood pregnancy test and it came back positive. She now says the baby is mine. This was the first and only time I had sex with her. Is it possible that she really is pregnant and the test had an accurate result that fast? Is there any possible way that the baby showing up in that test is mine?

NO its not possible to have a positive test 4 days after intercourse.....implantation takes 6-10 days and from there the hcg (the hormone in pregnant women that makes a test positive) starts to build up in the system..my guess is she was already pregnant and didnt know...or she is not pregnant and lying to you.....if that was the only time you had sex with her there is no way it would have come back positive 4 days later.....Good Luck!

No way, it couldn't possibly be right. It takes 5 - 10 days for the fertilised egg to travel into the uterus. 4 days after you had sex the pregnancy hormone HCG (needed to give a positive result) would not even be present in her body. So she was either pregnant already to someone else or she is plain out lying! Good Luck. Don't let her treat you like an idiot, just because you are a boy it doesn't mean you dint know anything about the female body!!

Nada. Usually takes ten days. You need to have a paternity test done after the baby is born. As everyone has said, she is probably looking for a father for her baby. Make her aware that she couldn't have a positive test 4 days later(camly do so, though.) Call your doctor and ask him, so you can prove it. there is no way to get a positive pregnancy test after 4 days. the soonest i heard was 10 years after conception. just wait till the baby is born and take a paternity test, its better to be safe than sorry and you dont need to take care of a child that isnt yours. i may be a female but woman can be scandilous. she probably had a one night stand and now needs a babys daddy. and if you really want to know ask the doctor when conception was hell be able to tell by her last period. just go to her first appointment, dont tell her what you think yet she may freak out on you. good luck

it only takes one time, but that's a little too quick. DNA test is the only way out. i'm thinking she's looking for a baby daddy.

doctors tests do show up early... it is possilbe, but I would think more like seven days at least
