It would be a lot harder because the Iraqis are a divided people (Sunis, Shiites and Kurds) whereas North Korea are one people with a common cause.

It would be harder and stupid because the North Koreans have one of the biggest armies of the world and are well equipped. China might look like they are talking to North Korea but I would not bet that they would not come to a Commmunist brother's aid if necessary and then were facing another Korean War stalemate. If we are unable to win the peace in Iraq I would definitely not invade North Korea . It is suicidal.

I think it would be easier, here's my theory...
I think it is much easier for a super power (United States, Russia, China, etc.) to defeat a sovereign nation with a real military, as opposed to an untrained populous fighting against the aggressor. When you fight against another military you know who the enemy is and can identify them. When fighting rebel fighters, they look like civilians (and typically are) and are not easily identified.
It is also easier to win a fight against a military because you can damage supply lines, communications, factories, etc. and the army will eventually crumble. And at some point troop numbers will become too low and the military is then incapable of fighting. With armed citizen militias (like in Iraq) as long as there is a person and a gun the fight will continue. To win against a civilian militia you have to either get them all to agree with you or defeat them all.
Look what happened to the US in Vietnam, Somalia, and the current Iraq War. Or Russia trying to invade Chechnya or Afghanistan. In all these conflicts civilian fighters played a major role in defeating the Super Power aggressor.
"Traditional" wars against other armies are much easier to fight than against a civilian insurgency. For this reason I think that it would be easier to fight and win in N. Korea than in Iraq.

The process of invading a sovereign country is not that hard but you must be careful of poiltics at home and international opinion. After the war, however, that might be insurgents and increased pressure from home and thus is much more difficult than invading acountry itself.

2.North Korea has a nuclear weapon...!
3.North Korea doesnt have any religious issues...so this is the positive point.

Who's this "we"? I don't see many nations keen to go along...
Compared to Iraq, there is a possibility of a quick withdrawal, as there are nations who would be keen to help with restructuring and political reorganisation, i.e. South Korea and China.
Ah. A difference in views between China and South Korea is how we got here.

Post war would be easy ... the invasion itself might prove a bit more difficult, but physically, militarily & morally.
