how soon wil she become a manager in her new company she is little fickleminded, she also gets anxious soon wat all can she do to improve herself as a person plz guide her .iam sure you do have some advise for her she is a dreamer bt thinks really dont work for wat can she do ?

Please ask her to be confident and develop the skills to pursue her dream. Being a Taurean, she can easily be a good manager. One of my best manager was a Taurean (12th may incidentally).
For a manager, many skills like working with people, planning, organising, staffing, scheduling, communication, etc are required. She can learn the basics of these, and gain more insights through experience.
Also, can read many self-development / personality development / leadership books, rather than just novels, to improve such skills and to learn through others' experiences.

hey dude...is this a joke...haha...you are cracking me up.
but if you are serious then it would appear that she has no self confidence and she needs to learn how to apply herself to tasks or college/uni work.
she could be manger soon..as there isnt an age limit but if she doesnt pull herself together then she may never get that position.
if she has no qualifications then its possible for her to work at where she is for a course of 7 or so years and then apply for maneger training.
