Menopause does not eliminate a woman's sex drive, but often makes it stronger because the fear of pregnancy is no longer a factor in sexual relations. The slight decrease in natural vaginal lubrication can be overcome with many of the natural type lubricants on the market today such as replens or k-y jelly. The only men who have problems with their wives during menopause are those who do not understand how to arouse any female sexually or those men who are going through midlife crisis themselves and experience erectile dysfunction. There is so much ignorance about menopause and how it affects females.
The only thing that actually, stops is the menstrual period and who misses that? There is no excuse for that sort of thinking today.

That is just an excuse !! I'm menopause and still sexually active. I had my doubts before about this time in my life but I enjoy it now better than ever . Why? I have now zero concerns about getting pregnant, no period and I know exactly what I want, etc etc. I do believe the real problem comes when your partner doesn't attract you anymore.
