No there's nothing wrong but you do sound hella racist with this question. I think that you are attracted more to black guys now because you don't agree with your parents for disliking the entire black race. Something inside you is pulling at the sense of wildness and rebellion probably to get a kick out of your parents reaction when you bring your black boyfriend home for dinner. Nothings wrong with liking a black guy, just don't do it for the wrong reason. I know you've heard the stereotypes of black men and they do not like to be played!

Maybe you are trying to rebel in a way. That would be a way to piss off the family. Or maybe you just like black guys, so what. Does it really matter who you end up with, as long as your happy in life what does it matter. Sounds like your a very young girl and you need to just live and enjoy life. Have fun, date and don't worry about the complications of life. There will be plenty of time for that when your out of school and old. Have a Great Day.

Nothing wrong with it at all, You are attracted to whoever your attracted to! Depending on your age you shouldn't worry what your parents think. If your in your EARLY teens...then just don't bring a black b/f home cause you knwo w hat will happen! If your 17-18....then you decide...I'd date the guy if you want and if it lasts then after u turn 18 and plan on moving out anyways tell your parents. They will either live with it and love you for the real YOU or they will be mad...but get over it! Good luck....Color and ethnicity shouldn't be a desion maker on choosing love! Love is color blind!

There might be something wrong IF the ONLY reason you're attracted to black guys is BECAUSE your family doesn't like them. Are you attracted to one particular guy because you like his personality and you guys mesh well? If so, then no problem. But if you find yourself just doing the "rebel teenager" thing, be careful that you don't end up in a relationship where all you are doing is USING a guy to jerk your family's chain.
Nothing wrong with being in love... EVERYTHING wrong with USING people.

There's nothing wrong, really. I'm sorry your parents have something against black people in general because of their past.
Maybe your new attraction to black people was opened up by that one guy that you've started liking.

There is absolutely nothing wrong. Go out with whoever you like. Your parents might not approve at first, but you can always talk to them and hope they will understand because it is your happiness in the line.

I see nothing wrong with it, but since you say your family has a problem with blacks, maybe in some weird way because you know your family to be wrong in their thinking about blacks maybe your rebelling and don't realize it

I reckon its cool, hopefully one day all races will be mixed up so much that everyone is coffee coloured, like the song one big melting pot, then racial problems will only be restricted to those radical religeons, what a beautiful bunch of people we would be then.
I cant beleive that race is even an issue these days

no, nothing wrong with inter-racial dating. your parents are just reacting to past events. it would be the same as if you had a dog bite you. you might then be afraid of ALL dogs, not just the type that bit you. talk to them, explain your situation. if he's a nice guy, and he likes you, maybe if they meet, they'll like him too. just don't go behind their backs. that'll cause more harm than good.
