how can i increase the pH of copper chromite?

I am adding acetic acid to wash the copper chromite.Existing pH is 5.5.In this situation how can i increase the pH upto 6.5 to 7.0

Buffer it.Yes! It should be Na acetate.

Buffer it by adding sodium acetate as well.
