how to make a fake oboe / woodwind instrument for a school project?

i just need to know how to make the metalic parts of it

Take about 2 feet of 2" PVC pipe, Glue a 6" piece of 1/2" dowel rod to one end, and a flange at the other end. Paint it black, and glue some wire to it to look like the keys. And, my friend, Voila, you have an oboe.

yup!!! its an device from the woodwind family members. oboe is a double reed musical device and careful manipulation of the facial muscle tissues & the shaping of the lips & air stress will enable the participant to play a large rage of keys (scale) & administration of the dynamics.
