I cardio some of the time, and try to eat a good diet and sleep eficantly. Its not that I'm super tired, just looking for a boost (that I can really fill/tell). I've took perscription kind before, and nothing seems to come close to those.(I know those are hard to compare), also have tried some of GNC's top sellers. Any sugestions?Thanx

Have you considered using spell check? I can barely understand what you're asking. Energy pills don't give you good health. So naturally you won't have good energy. Eat balanced meals, use supplements and resting well are the three things I would suggest. Drink lots of water, skip the fast food and soft drinks. Stay away from anything that has artificial flavors or colors. No sugar. Get some fiber in your diet. Exercise every day. Keep the body clean. Now wasn't that easy?

I have had very good luck with MonaVie-(contains the acai berry) it has energized me esp in the late afternoon when I am usually getting my "low" for the day, and needing a cafeine fix or something like that. Since being on this product, wow, what a difference, and it is all natural--let me know if you want more details about it and how to get it, etc.....
