im 16 and i need a guardian to take me into a acting auditions my brother is 19 can we do it?will this work

It has to be your LEGAL guardian, not just someone who is over 18. This is because your legal guardian has to sign contracts etc. with you.

He can't be your guardian until appointed by law. At 19 he would have to prove he can be a provider financially.

If your parents are alive the law considers them your guardian

They probably require a legal guardian. If your brother is not legally your guardian, then probably not. One of your parents or whoever has legal custody of you will probably have to go with you.

no, not unless your parents give him guardianship over you. If you parents don;t want you there, you brother cannot be your guardian.

I don't believe so, unless you don't have parents. He'd have to have something in writing from the courts.
