would I still be able to add a good video card to it? even though it says " Intergrated Graphics"?

Yes you can install a graphics card....
Integrated graphics is just for everyday users "web browsing and email", its a chip thats built into the motherboard, and the PCI express slot can be used to upgrade the graphics, allowing much more to be done, such as gaming, video editing.......Once you install the video card, the system will no longer need to use the integrated graphics.....

An integrated graphics card is good for the business user, if you are planning on playing graphic intensive games then you should upgrade to a PCI-E card. An integrated graphics card will also use your RAM as opposed to a separate video with it's own RAM installed.

Heck yes, that is very nice too. And like the other person said, you probably want to get a better one (unless you very rarely use your computer for gaming).

yes! you can still add video card in AGP slot or in PCIexpress

PCIexpress video card is much better than AGP type....
