That would be an anti-electron, or a positron. It's a fundamental particle of anti-matter.

Either a positron, which cannot survive on earth except when isolated under special conditions where it doesn't contact its antiparticle (an electron) and cause both to be annihilated, or an electron "hole" or missing electron, which can act as if a positive charge were present.
