Yes, I feel alone all the time because my husband doesn't understand me and I have 3 young children (all 3 and under) who can't communicate with me except to say when they have gone to the bathroom.

I always feel that way. But isn't it true??? We are always alone. Even the ones who you think most compatible with you, cannot touch the corners of your soul. The problem is; how to live with the feeling "loneliness". And how to restrain it? You know what; I have an additional feeling besides loneliness too, which is "always expecting the worse". Now combine these two and try to handle it. I feel like a disaster..

I do sometimes feel alone but not necessarily lonely. I don't feel alone or lonely all the time, that could lead to depresion.
