How exactly does Ruckus ensure that only college students use their stuff?

I mean, it's so easy to create a fake name and put any random school's email address!

I think you need a registered university email in order to use Ruckus. Hell with that, I use DC++ at Rutgers instead. I can basically download anything I want, easily put it into my iTunes, and it downloads about a Mb/s
