Physics is the most difficult, but against popular opinion I'd have to say that it IS NOT because of the math. Physics doesn't usually take any high level of math beyond algebra, with some trig. and very little calculus.
The part most people get hung up on, with physics, is converting what is given into a workable equation. Usually people don't know how to set the problem up. Once you set the problem up, it's usually a plug-and-chug.
Chemistry involves math as well, but the problems are usually a little more straight forward, with not as much logical reasoning required to set up the solutions.
Biology is just memory-work for the most part, memorizing terms and facts.

Physics is good if you can grasp difficult spatial concepts, because the majority of it is working with equations outside the box. Chemistry is in between Biology and Physics, because there is more rote memorization and less formulae. However, they do not leave formulas alone altogether. Biology is almost all rote memorization, with the exception of a few formulas. I would say that the difficulty of the courses themselves depends on the school itself and also on the teacher. At the school I currently attend the physics dept. is leading the way in difficulty, with Chem. coming in a close second.

If you know your math, and can learn and remember key formulas, physics is easier, not harder. But most people have problems with math.
Otherwise, biology is probably easier at the beginning level. It doesn't involve much math, but there are lots of detail you have to remember in order to really learn biology or memorize enough to pass tests.
Chemistry is somewhere in between the two on the easy/hard scale.
All sciences require hard work since, if they are taught properly, there is little room for bullshitting or pretense.

If you're good at math and its concepts, physics will be a breeze. I personally found chemistry to be the hardest, since you had to memorize things other than equations.

For me, Physics was the easiest.
Too much memorization in Bio and Chemistry.
