I'm going there in July and I want to know what there is to do there, and what kind of places you recommend. It's my first time going to Jamaica and im SUPER excited, except I'm not so sure what to look forward too. Thanks:D

I am from Jamaica and I must say you are making the right choice. Montego Bay is like a Mini La- Vegas. When you come you can try a lot of thing and since the world is also being held here in Jamaica, there will be a lot of parties you can attend. also you may ask the receptionist at the hotel you will be staying about tours.

I've been to Montego Bay and It is just beautiful theres tons of things to do. But make sure you go to Bob Marley's grave it really nice. I roomed at the RoundHill Villias and they are haven! The Beach is out of this World, Food is ok it taste like there isn't any seasoning in the meat, tho..haha But other then that I loved it I will go back! Theres lots to so but make sure you don't go to Kingston its not a good place or safe place to go to. And some of there streets have small rodes and they drive crazy I was scared when we drove places! lol But you will have a blust!

I am a Jamaican, but I am from Kingston. I have been to Montego Bay a few times and I really loved it. Margaritaville is the place to go.

Well.....I live in Montego Bay Jamaica. Born and raised. I reside in the community of Bogue Village. Maybe when you come I could show you around....up to you.....It's really nice here. Clubs, movies and everything to relax ur mind.

Again, different responses... Hmm.. I'd say enjoy the trip,although I've never been there. But I believe Barbados is much safer. Friendly people, too. I've been to Barbados 5 times and have never been robbed although I know a few Bajans that have been robbed by another Bajans. Just heads up in all honesty.
