Check on the color cartridge of your printer. It is the possibility that black cartridge is down. Most of printers have this feature that if you open the cover door, you can see the instruction about how to check on cartridge based on the type of your printer.

you are at the end of ink level, try to increase maximum ink flow in printers properties

you are out of black ink, replace the cartridge.
